Tell us a little about you! I’m a little bit of everything! But mostly I’m the wife of my high school sweetheart and the mother of my four crazy kids. I do some photography, graphic design, & web design on the side as well (on top of scrap designing!).
What’s your favorite quote? Families are Like Fudge – mostly sweet with a few nuts!
What’s your biggest inspiration in life? My family – I have wonderful parents, in-laws, & grandparents. And of course my husband and kids
.
What’s your favorite TV show (or movie)? LOST!! And The Office. And The Soup. And Grey’s Anatomy. And Community. And Parks & Recration. And 30 Rock. And Seinfeld reruns. And Iron Chef America. And Big Bang Theory. Shall I continue? I’m a tv junkie. lol
What’s your favorite part of digital scrapbooking? Clean-up! Because there is none!!! I love that. I also love that if I don’t like where I put something, I can just move it – no biggie!
How long have you been designing? I made my first RAK to give away in April of ’06. I started selling at my first store in June of ’06.
What is your design style? Realistic – I love photographing and extracting things for my kits! I also try to make products that could actually be seen on a paper layout. I don’t ALWAYS accomplish that, but I really try to
What kind of inspiration do you hope to achieve with your products? I hope I can inspire people to want to try to digital scrapbook. I’ve watched so many people looking through my printed albums reach out and try to touch an element because it looks so real and that is such a thrill!
What’s your favorite product you’ve created? Ugh – how can I choose just one? LOL. I think the Christmas kit I made in ’08 is still one of my favorites. I think I use something from that kit in almost every layout: Too Excited to Sleep
Do you scrap? What would you say your style is? I love scrapping! Although I haven’t had as much time lately. My style varies a lot, but I LOVE doing multi-photo layouts. It’s rare for me to do a layout that has any less than five photos on it!
What software do you use? Photoshop CS3, Illustrator
