Digi Dare #161

Written by Barb on January 2nd, 2010

Hey friends, it’s Barb here again and happy to report that we’re finally back after our holiday break!  Sorry for being a bit late, I think we all got delayed a bit by the New Year falling on Friday. But not to fear, we’re all back with lots of great inspiration and fun for you in 2010!

Remember our last dare about where we get our news?  That seems like a long time ago, but I’ve got some prizes to hand out!  This week’s Dare Pick winner is ELOISE24 with this traditionally styled layout about where she gets her news. I love the classic and simple feel to this layout. Well done!

Our random winner this week is by Deb with this layout about reading the morning paper with her cute baby boy!

Thanks to everybody for participating! Don’t forget to email us at digidares @ gmail dot com to claim your prizes.

The first sponsor for the new year is Amy Teets! Be sure to click on her picture to find out more about her!

Now for the first challenge of 2010!

It’s that time of year again, time for everybody to assess their life and start making resolutions about what they want to do in the upcoming year. But let’s take things in a different direction here this week. Tell us about things that you’ve never done, or things that you never want to do! This is your chance to resolve to NOT do something!

Dare Flair:
Use multiple photos, stock photos are okay
Do your journaling in a list style using multiple fonts
Use a triadic color scheme, you can read more about that here

Put something grungy on your page!
