Hi everyone! I am Valorie, the new darer here. I am so excited to be bringing you this week’s dare! But first let’s look at the winners for last week’s dare. This was so hard because I wanted to pick them all! They were all so inspiring!
My favorite was a page by Davita called Baby Parts:

My random winner is Kelly S with her page entitled Pieces of Bridget:

Congratulations girls! Send an email to thedigidares at gmail dot com to claim your prize.
This week we are excited to have Crissy Armstrong (Pink Ellie Designs) as our sponsor! Everyone who participates this week will receive a coupon good for 20% off Crissy’s store at After Five Designs. Click the image below to learn more about Crissy.
Now on to this week’s dare!
Lately I find myself looking back…looking back at the day I first saw my husband…the day our first child was born…the day I found out we were expecting our last child (big surprise!). Reminiscing…remembering…realizing how my life is coming around full circle. Our lives tend to do that, don’t they? I am still young so I may find my circle is still not yet complete but I am definitely enjoying the ride! So this week I would like for you to create a page OUTSIDE OF THE BOX! No squares or rectangles.
Dare Flair:
Create a page with any shapes except squares or rectangles on it. (This does mean the background cannot be a square)
Use only b/w photos.
4 fasteners (must all be different types of fasteners–button, staple, tape, glue, tie, clip, etc.) **CAN HAVE AS MANY AS YOU WANT BUT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 DIFFERENT TYPES**
Check out these layouts by the darers for some awesome inspiration!!

Journaling:
After 25 years, I am about to be reunited with my classmates of Ontario High School. I have not seen most of them since I moved away in 9th grade. Back then, I was just coming out of my shell, as one of the cheerleaders. Today I can no longer do the splits, yet have a great network of creative friends. I was just beginning to learn, back then, that I might have an artistic streak. Today I am self-actualized as an artist. Back then, I had true friends that I eventually neglected due to distance, over the years. Today I have most of those friendships alive again via social networking online. I am looking forward to our class reunion and coming full-circle.
