Digi Dare #144

Thursday, July 30th, 2009

What’s up everyone!  Hope your summer (or winter) is going well and you’re having lots of fun!  Christine here with this week’s dare.

I loved looking at your art journal pages from Dare #143!  I know this was a first time scrapping this style for many of you, as it was for me.  It was so hard to pick, you all did such a fantastic job!  Bravo!

The random winner is Remember Gratitude by cristinatonon:

*********Now onto this week’s dare! **********

Life is full of contradictions, and sometimes we are too. For example, I love routines but enjoy being spontaneous as well. I love to eat food but want to have a less doughy physique. I pay attention to details but also can see the big picture. For this dare, I’d like you to scrap about contradictions. Whether it’s something you’ve observed about life in general, or something specifically about you.

Dare Flares:
*Scrap your contradiction in two different/opposite sections of your layout (top vs bottom, left vs right, corner to corner, etc.)
*Use opposite colors on the color wheel.
